How to Create, Upload, & Activate Your Links Page & Monetizing Your Site

If you noticed, when you signed up with LinkExchangeMagic.com the word "Beta" was on our homepage. This means the we have been tweaking the site to answer some of your questions.
In this newsletter I will answer some of the questions that folks have been asking, because I think many of you might also be interested.
Q1) I can add my site, but how come it says INACTIVE?
ANSWER- Adding your site is the first of 3 steps. If you don't complete the 3 steps, your site will not be available to trade links with other LXM members.
It take less than 5 minutes to setup and start trading links. Here is how to do it-
- STEP#1) ADD YOUR SITE- When you create a site, its purpose is to know what site to build the automatic links page for. Without the site information your links page will not be able to trade links.
- STEP#2) CREATE YOUR LINKS PAGE- After you add your site, you need to create your links page. This is easy since now you can click "GENERATE PAGE" and instantly download the page to your desktop. Once you download it, you can upload it directly to your server.
- STEP #3) PUT A LINK FROM YOUR HOME PAGE TO YOUR LINKS PAGE- After your upload your automatic link page you need to put a link to it from your homepage. This way people and can find it.
When you complete these steps, click the "Activate" link and your site becomes ACTIVE. Now you can trade links in a single click.
Q2) Is LXM really free?
YES- LXM is free for the first customers. In the future we might charge for membership, BUT if you are an existing member, then you will not have to pay in the future.
Q3) Can I list any kind of site I want?
NO- Each site is reviewed by human editors. I am one of them. LXM is not a link farm, or place where people can dump valueless sites. We are webmasters, and we want high quality sites that offer value to the internet. So if we see a site that we don't like we delete it. Sites we do not allow include adult, racist, hate, deceptive, non-value based sites. If you see a site that you think is questionable CONTACT US.
Tip Of The Day:
Have you heard of VRE's? VRE stands for virtual real estate. The concept is simple, build content rich keyword focused niche sites that are optimized for keywords in a certain niche that interest you. These sites should offer content about a subject you're passionate about.
For example, it could be a site about cellular phones, and each page might discuss a type of cell phone or cell phone provider. Maybe you could describe your favorite brands, plans, and why you prefer them.
Sign up as an affiliate or publisher with CJ or Linkshare and plug your affiliate links into your pages. Each site might only be 10-20 pages. Then you can manage these sites through your LXM control panel. This way you can trade links with relevant sites that offer your visitors additional information, and get referrals in return.
If each site brings in $3/day and you have 10 sites, that would mean an extra $900/month!
